REGISTER HERE Weekly Speed & Agility classes will be offered on Tuesday nights from 6-7pm. Male and female athletes of all sports and experience levels are encouraged to attend. Our classes will be led by Coach Chris Long where he will be covering sprint mechanics, change of direction, reactivity drills, ladder and cone drills, parachute sprints, and several other drills and concepts involving speed and agility. We are offering a series of softball clinics this January, priced at $60 for each 90-minute session. These clinics are designed to enhance your hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding skills. These sessions are led by UMBC standout Courtney Coppersmith, an athlete known for her mastery in the field. The Softball Clinics are scheduled for January 6 & 7, 2024, with a focus on hitting, pitching, and fielding, and January 20, 2024, concentrating on pitching and catching. Join us on January 13th for a youth pitching clinic (ages 8-12) led by former professional pitcher and pitching coach Josh Conway. Josh was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 4th round of the 2012 MLB Draft. After his playing career was over, Josh spent time in the Baltimore Orioles organization as a Pitching Coach and Development Coach from 2019-2022. We will be focusing on arm care, small group mechanical skill work, and competitive bullpens. Cost is $85 per player. Time is 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm.

OPEN TO ALL SPORTS IDEAL FOR COLLEGE ATHLETES JUNE 3 - AUGUST 25 This is a 10-week program for all athletes that will focus on increasing strength, power, and speed over the summer months. Each athlete will undergo a full body movement screen to establish a physical capability baseline, baseline strength testing to establish lifting percentages and program guidelines, and force-velocity profiling to assess the athlete's force and velocity production capabilities during ballistic tasks such as jumping and sprinting. Clubhouse Athletics is excited to offer weekly mini camps during the months of June and July. Camps will consist of two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) from 930-11am. The camp structure will be as follows: Tuesday- Speed and Agility. Thursday- Baseball skill training (skills will vary every week). Camps will be RAIN OR SHINE. Cost is $75 for each camp. Ages 8-12
