Clubhouse Athletics is excited to offer weekly mini camps during the months of June and July. Camps will consist of two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) from 930-11am. The camp structure will be as follows: Tuesday- Speed and Agility. Thursday- Baseball skill training (skills will vary every week). Camps will be RAIN OR SHINE. Cost is $75 for each camp. Ages 8-12

OPEN TO ALL SPORTS IDEAL FOR COLLEGE ATHLETES JUNE 3 - AUGUST 25 This is a 10-week program for all athletes that will focus on increasing strength, power, and speed over the summer months. Each athlete will undergo a full body movement screen to establish a physical capability baseline, baseline strength testing to establish lifting percentages and program guidelines, and force-velocity profiling to assess the athlete's force and velocity production capabilities during ballistic tasks such as jumping and sprinting.
