IDEAL FOR COLLEGE ATHLETES
JUNE 3 – AUGUST 25
This is a 10-week program for all athletes that will focus on increasing strength, power, and speed over the summer months. Each athlete will undergo a full body movement screen to establish a physical capability baseline, baseline strength testing to establish lifting percentages and program guidelines, and force-velocity profiling to assess the athlete’s force and velocity production capabilities during ballistic tasks such as jumping and sprinting. These metrics will be used to design individualized programs for each athlete.
